One Foot in the River by Jonathan Sobol (North Gallery) is a new body of work utilizing bold, expressive color and composition. With an emphasis on movement and energy Sobol's recent paintings continue his attention to color harmony.
Color Dialogues (South Gallery) is a survey of painting and sculpture by contemporary artists. The featured artists utilize shape, color, form, line and mark-making to convey their thoughts and concepts rather than depicting recognizable subjects. The artists incorporate a variety of techniques and experimental ideas to emphasize their individual expression.
